I love carnivorous plants. They look cool, they do cool stuff and eat bugs-- what's not to like?? And for some reason they don't seem to have been featured on valentines... huge oversight there world, but don't worry I have fixed that! You can give one to your sweetie, your galentine or your whole class! I like to keep the puns more focused on friendship and silliness than romantic love because it was always struck me as odd to have little kids give each other cards about love, but I threw some double entendres in there for my grown-ups. Floriography is the art of communicating with flowers, with different types of flowers having particular symbolic meanings. Some form of floriography has been practiced for thousands of years across Europe, Asia and Africa, but the best known floral code today is the Victorian Language of Flowers. In the 19th century, particularly in the UK and the United States, it became all the rage to send coded messages with flowers.
