Welcome.
Wineberry Woods grew out of a silly song my kids came up with during our weekly trips to parks and the various adventures that followed. They love to find and eat wineberries along the trail. When we aren’t tromping through the woods making up songs about berries, we run Wineberry Woods, write books, and draw pictures.
We believe firmly in hands on education over worksheets and that every child has the right to nature and green space. Our founder, Jessie is also the founder of Watershed Public Charter School, a public school that uses the environment and the arts as a tool to connect and deepen student understanding and achievement.
